O'Brien Paving Inc. is always interested in applications from those with the skills required in the paving industry, primarily asphalt workers and AZ/DZ dump truck drivers. We believe in a friendly work environment without the unnecessary yelling and high tensions that plague many paving crews. We are always looking for reliable individuals who show up on time everyday. We work hard, but don't kill ourselves. Our daily hours range but we try to average around 50 hours per week. We work Monday-Friday weekly but also require a smaller crew on Saturdays. (We do our best to work with our employees for Saturday scheduling.) We take real pride in our work and like our crew to be proud of the work they do.
